Endurance circuit

In the last lesson we did an endurance circuit.
The circuit consist on:

Skipping
 




 Squats
















Plank
 



 Mountain climbers

 



Advanced reach















Between every activity, we had some rest.

Volleyball


It is very difficult for me to choose only one sport.

If I need to choose only one, I think I will select volleyball.

I think it is not an easy sport, you need to practise a lot.
I love the team sports, because you play with many people and it is funnier than play alone. It is a good idea to make new friends too.
But in team sports there are some disadvantages: you can't practise alone and everybody needs get on well with all the team or at least respect each others.


The steps you need to do for play it:

1-. Meet your team
2-. Warm up
3-. Play it
4-. Stretch

It is very important to warm up everytime before you play a sport and stretch when you finish it.

Hi!
I'm Julia
I really like almost all sports.
I used to go swimming, I went when I was 3 years old and I left swimming when I was 11. Later I played tennis two years. I used to go to play paddel with my family too.
Almost every winter I go skiing, I always go with my uncle, aunt and my brother because my parents aren't good at this sport. My uncle is so good so he teach me some tricks.
Now I don't do any sport, I know it's very important but between the school and the English academy, I don't have time. I want to return any sport as soon as I can.
